DESCRIPTION
We rescued a stack of thin clients from an office clear-out and wondered if they could double as tiny media players for the workshop.
The answer is yes, just about. The short flower clip plays smoothly, though the fan has opinions.
What to watch for
- Frame pacing on the slow petal movement.
- Colour banding in the out-of-focus background.
- CPU load, which we show in the corner.

This is exactly the write-up I needed before opening mine. Bookmarked.
Good question. We measured it and it dropped by about half after the recap.
Ha, we have all been there. The scar is educational.
Would love a follow-up in six months to see how the recap holds up.
